OUTLINE TUTORIAL
This is not really much of a tutorial considering its pretty simple aslong as you have photoshop. Simply all you have to do is open the file you want to add an outline to and go to Edit > Stroke and put in the size you want the outline to be. Make sure under location, you have chosen outside, unless you want it to be somewhere else.

Like I said, it is not much of a tutorial, but I though I would make it just incase some people out there with Photoshop didn’t know how to do that.
